Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Lines
Walt Disney World works with countless travel agencies across the globe. And because the resort is so big – and the Disney brand even bigger – there’s a lot for agents to learn.
Rapid technological advances in recent years have lead to considerable lifestyle changes, transforming the way we learn. To get agents up to speed faster, better and to keep pace with those technological advances, Walt Disney World’s online training programme had to change – and they asked us to do it.
Not only did we build a whole new easy-to-use platform, we moved it from a desktop-first to a mobile-first experience to accommodate ever-increasing mobile use.
We updated all the content too, re-writing courses to make them snappier and easier to follow, along with adding high quality images and video content to keep users engaged.
To encourage users to complete the course, we changed it from an hour’s work to 5-10 minute chunks, letting them complete sections on the go, in their own time.
Helping agents to continue learning and refreshing their knowledge, we also designed new, advanced modules with additional, updateable content.
